Election issues

The Welsh assembly has responsibility for 20 devolved policy fields. These include health, education and transport.

The parties will be outlining their policies and publishing manifestos in the run up to the election on 5 May. Here are some of the priorities of the Conservatives, Labour, the Liberal Democrats and Plaid Cymru.
